What to bring with you?

If you have any other information concerning your condition such as X-rays, MRI’s or other medical information and/or tests, please bring them with you to your first appointment.
Bring a large towel with you to cover the treatment table.

Intake Form

Online appointment booking is easy.  Simply click on the purple button above.  Create an account and follow the prompts to make an appointment for a day and time that is convenient for you!  Once you schedule your appointment, a digital new patient intake form will be sent to your email address.  Please fill this out and send it back to us.  You’re done it’s that simple!! Don’t worry our system is fully protected and secure and your personal information will always remain confidential.

No computer? No problem! If you are not able fill in the new patient intake form online, come in 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and we will help you.

Referral

Most insurances do not require a referral from your GP for treatment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us via telephone and allow 24 hours notice.
Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours will result in a 85 € fee for an initial consultation and a 60 € fee for a follow-up consultation.

There is amble free parking in front of the practice on the street.
